It is not an easy journey in finding one’s own path and learning to listen to the inner voice and the inner wisdom, however it is important to find this path if we are to survive the coming years upon this planet.

We are living in times of great transition both outwardly in our world and our society and inwardly as we embrace our spirituality. It doesn’t take much to see the prophecies of change happening all around us. We can see fear being played out as never before and we can see destruction both outwardly, as war, and our climatic changes along with the devastation it brings. We can see the inward struggle as each person wrestles with their own demons of fear of change, drug addiction, alcoholism and anger, rage and hatred. There can be no doubt that we are living in the last days of the world as we know it.

We need to be aware at this time and to see these changes taking place whilst not buying into the fear energy!

We need to be positive about the changes, knowing that change is good! We can embrace change with an excitement knowing that we are all blessed to be on the planet at this time and to be a part of the great change from third dimensional reality to a fifth dimensional reality. There are no mistakes! The change is eminent and is perfect in every way. As in all changes, it brings upheaval. To have change take place of course the old ways must make way for the new, this brings up levels of fear as people play out many and varied worst case scenarios. Imagine for a minute a large corporation that employs thousands of people, suddenly there is talk of a take over. Of course people will be playing out all the worst case scenarios such as everyone loosing their positions, people being laid off, all the perks being taken away etc. Yet when the new management comes in it all turns out just fine!

If all of the employees had just trusted and lived one day at a time holding to a strong belief that all would work out for the best they would have saved themselves a great deal of grief and heartache. And so it is with us! We must all live these coming years one day at a time with total trust that all will be well. We must all do out ‘bit’, and what is our ‘bit’? We must all focus inward and do our own inner healing with the understanding that ‘To heal the world, we must first heal ourselves!’ Rather than focusing on the operations of the outer world that is in turmoil and strife, we must focus on the inner world of peace and love. This is the power of one! If enough of us focus on one day at a time, working on all our ‘inner child’ fears, healing the rifts within our families and letting go of the old resentments whilst connecting to our inner power, we will be doing our ‘bit’.

Each and everyone of us on the planet, at this time, has a part to play in the coming years, some of us know what that part is and how to play it whilst others are still half asleep struggling to awaken from the illusion of pain and suffering and ‘victim mentality’. Those that are not prepared or do not wish to take part in the great change are leaving and will continue to leave the planet at an alarming rate, there is no judgment in this, it is simply a choice.

Every person at some point will find that they are presented with a ‘choice’. We will all be asked, if it hasn’t already happened, to choose between LOVE and FEAR. Love represents the new way of being and fear will become a thing of the past!

You would think that it is an easy choice to make, however to choose LOVE we must release FEAR. Releasing FEAR means we must first admit that we have it and then secondly face the fear that we have and walk beyond it seeing it for what it really is and that is simply an illusion that we have created! FEAR is such a strong emotion that for some it becomes paralyzing! So rather than face it they would rather carry it around within their being on a daily basis for the rest of their life, rather than to face it and to be free.

At this time there are many Lightworkers on the planet like myself that are here to show the way, but they cannot help until a person reaches out and asks for that help. This is because we must honour each person’s journey and honour the choice that each person must make.

The change is coming whether we are ready or not, Mother Earth is ascending and we as the beings that rely upon her must be ready to embrace this change. We are told that the ascension will be complete by the year 2012 as such we do not have time to procrastinate and live our lives in denial of our issues.

So where to begin? Start with a free assessment at the Adelaide Healing Energy Centre if you so wish or have a healing and just see what comes up for you. Your Spiritual Guides have the plan so as one issues arises, once you are on the path, you will be surprised how bit by bit all the old hurts and pains come up to be released.

Before you know it you will be in touch with your higher self and well on the to Ascension and the great wonder and excitement of things to come.

At the end of year meditation last year I recall channeling that it was important for people to deal with any issues that they may have particularly with relationships as any issues taken into the new year would create havoc very quickly, and that theses issues must be addressed willing or they will esculate.

So for me it has been interesting to see how this has played out in the first six months of the year. I have noticed that many people have had money issues come up. All our deep issues around lack and not having enough seem to have come to the surface. People that I know in business all seem to be struggling and those on wages appear to be fearful for their future security.

When we look at the power of the media and the messages that we are all receiving lately that are focusing on lack, it is not surprising that the group consciousness is focusing on the negative of what ‘might’ be rather than what they desire ‘to be’. Constantly we are being bombarded with the petrol price issue and being told how it will impact on us all. We are given stories of people that cannot survive because of the petrol increase. I am not suggesting that this is not the case for some people, however to constantly focus on the negative of these stories definitely affects the mind set of the whole community. When hearing these negatives over and over again without realizing it we are buying into the fear factor and it brings up for each of us any deep seated memories of ‘lack’, of not having enough. Not having enough money, not having enough friends and not having enough love.

Add to this the new workplace laws and the fear generated about our basic job security and the bombardment of stories on the media about people being unfairly dealt with and you will see that it is bringing up fear that may be deep seated within us all. Particularly since we are very aware that we are the ‘lucky’ country, perhaps it makes us feel that it can’t remain that way when we look around the world at all the problems that so far we have been quite isolated from.

There appears to be more people dealing with cancer and other illness this year not to mention the amount of people that are coming to us at the centre with major life changes that they are being forced to deal with. Marriages ending, family secrets being revealed, sudden death of a loved one, just to name a few scenarios. I don’t believe that any of us are immune to these things happening around us.

There is no doubt in my mind that we are living in the last days of this old system that is based on ‘fear’. We are seeing all our fears coming to the surface to be faced and to be conchered. Although it can be a difficult time for all and even more so for those that are just awakening to the reality that this is all an illusion and that we are really highly evolved beings that are experiencing the ‘game of life’, it is also an exciting time. The trick is to stay centred and deal with what comes your way without buying into the fear that is being generated. Now this is easier when you have an understanding of the rules and have awakened to some degree.

If you are finding finances difficult at this time I suggest that you forget what appears to be happening and constantly focus on the outcome that you desire rather than the outcome you fear. When we use the emotion of ‘fear’ with our thoughts anticipating an outcome, we are using an enormous amount of power to create the very thing that we don’t want to happen! This is why it is not good to watch too much of the news and or listen to any negative talk, because it does have an effect even if you think you are too strong for this to be so. The group mind is very powerful and at this stage the group mind on this planet is definitely still operating from ‘fear’. I doubt that anybody would debate this. The good news is that it is all working itself out and we will begin to see a change in the coming years and we will look back on this time as the ‘dark ages’.

So remain strong and keep your thoughts positive. If you have trouble doing this come to the centre and work through the blocks that are preventing you from doing this or if you are having problems with creating all that you desire consider doing my Abundance short course and you will begin to use your power in the positive.

Since that time we have seen women fight for the right to work and have a career for themselves along side their partner. We have seen women fight for justice through the courts so that they could support their children without the need that many had back in the 40’s and 50’s, to find a man to support them and their children.

Women of today can now be seen as equal in all areas of life and at last we are seeing opportunities open to women in business and government.

Family life is very different for the young woman of today. Now we see co-operation between parents with shared parenting, work loads and finances. I find it so encouraging to see the young men of today enjoying the pleasures and the trials of parenting and the women able to balance career and parenting bringing in balance within themselves.

Spiritually speaking we see that the woman of today is the leader, leading the way to healing and self-development. There are still far more women embracing holistic healing than there are men. But even this is changing, we are beginning to see men of all generations wanting to know and understand how to deal with their emotions and how to be a man, yet balance their own feminine energy with the masculine, how to cry without appearing weak. These are the areas that women can be supportive, bringing forward the balance that is inevitable for us all.

The women of today have far more clarity in the direction that they wish to take, they have a voice, an opinion and they are no longer suppressed and forced to keep their opinions to themselves.

Now is the time for women of today to step forward and to use the power of LOVE to lead the way and to help the men to open their hearts. We don’t want to leave them behind. The next step is for men and women to embrace differences and to balance the yin and yang within us.

The battle of the sexes must be a thing of the past. Leading up to 2012 we have the opportunity to work together as lovers and partners bringing harmony and support to one another in the difficult role as parents. Supporting one another in career choices, sharing the load rather than dividing responsibilities into ‘his’ and ‘hers’. Gone are the days when it was the man’s job to earn the money and the woman’s job to the parent the children.

This also carries over into other areas of our lives such as our jobs, no longer divided by sex but judged by the best person for the job regardless of sex.

Within our communities we must come together and work for common goals having the same visions for the future rather than being divided. Starting with our common goals the details can always be worked out.

We need to look for our likenesses rather than our differences!

Women of today need to keep their hearts open and lead by example, helping the deep healing of the wounds from the dark past to take place. We as mothers and women, find it much easier to open our hearts, now we need to be patient and encouraging of the men and let us see them catch up.

The future is about ‘ONENESS’ really embracing that we are all one, having a human experience and that we are each simply mirrors for one another. When we truly embrace this concept there will be no need to resist what we see in others for we will know that it is simply are reflection of oneself and must be loved. We will then no longer waste time denying what we see but spend our time coming together in our Soul groups to create the world as we would like it to be.

Despite all that we see around us ALL IS DIVINE and we as GODS are creating as we go.

The times are definitely changing, and only those that are truly unconscious at this point cannot feel or observe great changes happening. 2010 has flown by as will this coming year 2011, yet it will continue to bring change as never before.

We have seen many leave the planet in 2010, those that unexpectedly find their family member or friend suddenly with a terminal illness and departing very quickly, as happened in my own family recently. So many calls I took throughout the year with people wanting to know as an example, why a young mother of three little children should suddenly die from cancer of the brain, leaving a traumatized family behind. When viewing such situations without all the information can lead one to believe in the chaos of the Universe rather than a Divine Plan. Yet it is all-divine! Even when we don’t understand what is happening or why things are happening as they are, this is the time when we must trust and believe in a Divine Plan more than ever. How easy it is to believe in a Divine Plan for ones life when all is good and abundance is flowing. The challenge however is to retain ones belief when chaos reigns.

We are all in this together, we are all moving together toward enlightenment and only through mastering the challenges that are thrown our way can we ascend and come to a place of peace and connectedness to each other and our Higher Self. I often to speak to my clients about focusing on what is happening in their own ‘sand box’ rather than focusing outside of themselves. I use the ‘sand box’ to identify who you are really responsible for or too other than yourself, so you are able to focus on your own responsibilities instead of worrying about people and things are that are not your concern.

Keep it simple is the message for 2011! Go within buckle down go for the ride, and make sure that as situations present themselves to you that create imbalance in your life make every effort to resolve that issue as quick as possible. 2011 is the year that we need to acknowledge the ‘ONENESS’ in all things, acknowledging that we are all one with all of nature and all of creation. As we do this we will begin to see that this coming year is one that sees us operating differently. As I see it, a year where we must forge connections to one another, begin to operate as the ants, working in teams, working as one with a common goal. No need to shine as an individual just know what it is that is in your divine plan and join with others, which will happen easily if you step back and allow it to be so, and work toward achieving your plan which of course will be at one with the Divine Plan.

Many will leave the planet this coming year yet this is not to be feared but to be accepted. We are all finding our place connecting to our soul group to bring forth the big changing of energies to come. That exciting time when we will awaken one day and realize that only LOVE exists upon this planet now and somehow this shift has happened yet it was not pin pointed down to a particular day or date in history but it has happened.

As many leave the planet this coming year, and many awaken to their role and their power, we will see many systems that currently control us loose their power or have irreversible ‘glitches’ that allow new and better systems emerge that will be more in line with our new energy and most importantly based on integrity. Fear should not be entered into, for we cannot unknow what we know! We are all Gods playing out this game called ‘life’ at this time and only the bravest and the best are here to master the game, we are not forgotten, we have all the help and tools that are required. The secret is that we must all reach deep within our hearts and not deny the small voice of our Higher Self that is directing us to the very next step. Take time, perhaps your guides are singing a song in your heart and mind too! In love and light

My calling to the rock was back in early 2006 when Spirit told me that I was to now teach my course at Uluru, I had been teaching my Energetic Healers Course as a four-module course here in Adelaide since 2000. They told me that there was no time for this and that people needed to transform their lives and to get this information much faster than that and they assured me that the energy of the rock would help me to make this happen. I was very nervous about making this change as it didn’t seem possible to me, however as always, I trusted what I had been told and prepared the first course for later that year. Once this was in place things really started to happen, I received a call from an Aboriginal lady elder who asked me what I was doing because she knew I was doing something that she wanted to be involved in, talking to this lady I felt I had known her for years, before that conversation ended she was coming with me on the first trip. I contacted Aboriginal elder Bob Randall from Mutitjulu and he knew I was coming as well. When the three of us met for the first time at Uluru we all looked into each other’s eyes and knew we had much work to do together and we knew that we were now on a journey that had been planned for us, that continues today as our souls work together for the Divine Plan.

From that very first journey and group I could see amazing transformations taking place amongst each person that attended, not only did they take on new information but they dropped layers and layers of pain and allowed the wonderful power of the rock, the heart energy of Australia and the spiritual centre of the planet, to absorb their own heart pain and open their heart chakra to love.

We are so lucky to have this amazing site on our land, people will continue to be drawn to Australia seeking the knowledge and healing that is available here. I was shown in a vision ten years ago that Australia would be the spiritual centre of the world and that the Indigenous energy held the key to that power. I have connected to my ancestors and my Aboriginal heritage but as Australians black or white we are connected to this land and the power it holds and we can open to that power and knowledge and be proud that we have this ancient wisdom at our fingertips. The Indigenous people of this land are happy to share their amazing knowledge that is unique to this country yet so many Australians still seek out Indigenous cultures from other lands believing them to be somehow better, showing little or no respect for our own Indigenous wisdom. This is so sad for they don’t know what they are missing out on.

Maybe it goes back before my birth and my aboriginal heritage. My mother’s father was born to an Aboriginal woman, I didn’t know him terribly well, although I was witness to the dysfunction, hurt and pain that was passed on from generation to generation. After his death, I began tracing our family tree and was able to understand a great deal about my family through this.

In 1992 I had an out of body experience where I found myself before a group of amazing beings from the ‘Light’. These beings told me (amongst many things) that I did not appreciate the gifts that had been given to me, and that it was now time for me to ‘awaken’. On returning back to my physical body, nothing was to be the same again. Although nothing happened instantly, I had changed and was now on my spiritual journey, searching for my direction. Many amazing things happened from then on such as being forced to leave my job and my security to spend three years on my own, healing and getting to know myself.

I attended many retreats and workshops and was directed to healing. People began to seek me out and come to my home for help and guidance until in 1999 I was guided by my friends in Spirit to open a healing centre.

I was guided to ATSIC, where I found a wonderful Spiritual man that I knew had been placed on my path to help with the plan that Spirit had for me. With his help I was able to get a business loan from that organisation and in my business plan I told them that in the future I planned to develop programs for the Aboriginal community.

Two years into my business another Angel came to me in the form of an Aboriginal lady called ‘Liz’. She needed help as her own emotional grief and loss was affecting her ability to function in her job helping her people. I worked on Liz and she opened to her spirituality and the healing path.

There was a special day that Liz and I were sitting together ‘dreaming the dream’ of how we could make a difference. In that moment Spirit showed me a vision of the world as a huge globe. As I looked at the world, the map of Australia began to glow with golden light. I was told

“Lorraine Australia will be the Spiritual country of the world and the Australian Aboriginals the Spiritual leaders, they have the key!”

In that moment Liz and I knew that something amazing had been set in motion, we knew that it would all come to pass and that we were to play a part in it although we didn’t know how yet.

That vision has been driving me as my passion for the past three years.

Two years ago I managed to gain some funding for a prison program. I put together a program called ‘How to Heal and Create a Positive Future’. I took this into the women’s prison and ran it over four days with a small group of women. We then followed up by going back into the prison and doing two private sessions of healing one on one. The results were really positive, the women really responded, some for the first time in a long time could see that things in their lives could change. They were able to view themselves as spiritual beings instead of society misfits!

It is difficult to explain in words how rewarding working with these people has been for myself and my team. These people were hungry for the sacred, often just wanting more and more. Awakening to meditation and their own vision and connection to Spirit. Understanding, perhaps for the first time, how their highly dysfunctional childhood had created all the negative feelings that were driving them.

Many times we would here participants say as we would leave “please don’t be like the other programs that have come in here, please remember us and help us!” so many stories, so many beautiful misguided souls.

In December 2003 we took the program into the men’s prison, we were told they would be much more difficult. However we found just the opposite! The men responded even better than the women. Desperate to make a connection, screaming out for understanding and help in trying to understand themselves. We have since done two programs in the men’s prison and next week we are embarking on the next. We have been treated with nothing but respect from the men. Once again they were asking for us to be there on their release, asking for support in those first hard months following release when things can go wrong for them.

Three months ago I was able to forge a partnership in training with the Adelaide CDEP program which is a Training Centre for Indegenous people. Currently we are training a group of fifteen women, one day a week in spirituality, self esteem and healing. Those women are mainly young mums with young families that need help and support. We are taking them through understanding and dealing with their problems within the group on a weekly basis. The change in these women is amazing they are reporting that life is changing dramaticly for them.

On another day I am training ten Aboriginal women to become healers and trainers. I have both groups working with me for twelve months, this gives me plenty of time to really make a difference. With these women the goal is to have them working in the community facilititating my ‘How to Heal and Create a Positive Future’ program as well as being able to do the hands on healing.

Along with my mentor and friend, that I mentioned earlier, my latest exciting project is to open an Aboriginal healing centre that is a non profit organisation were Aboriginal people from the gaol and the community in need, can access services without having to wait as they currently have to. This is an exciting project and I hope to set up a working model that other States may also wish to adopt.

It is time for healing as never before and my strong belief is that the Aboriginal people need to heal and forgive those that have hurt them in the past. Racism in Australia must become a thing of the past. We must all join together as one, seeing ourselves as one race and that is the ‘human race’ truly seeing ourselves in the eyes of the Creator, simply all a part of pure perfection. Only when we have achieved this can we move forward.

All people will eventually achieve this, but my dream is that we in Australia take our place as the Spiritual leaders of the world!
