We suggest that you make your booking rather than risk disappointment. We welcome last minute appointments as well.
Preparing for your spa visit
For your comfort, we will provide luxurious robes and towels to wrap you in. In the spa we will give you a healthy fruit juice to enjoy during your Micro Silk bath experience. The centre is not responsible for loss or damage of your property, so please leave valuables at home.
Cancellations
We require a full 24 hours notice of cancellation due to the time allotted to the various packages.
On arrival
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time to allow for filling in of forms on your medical history that may effect your treatment. This also allows you to relax before your treatment begins so that you make the most of your experience with us.
Spa Bath
You may wear bathers in the spa if sharing in our two-person spa or if you would prefer you may be naked.
