HOT ROCK MASSAGE

Experience the wonderful sensations of Hot Rocks as they glide over your body stimulating and energizing all the tired muscles. Wonderful sensations, to be experienced. Using essences of sage and sweetgrass, whilst the therapist uses the heated stones to glide over your body, alternating occasionally with cold stones, to de-stress and melt muscle tension.

CHAKRA BALANCING MASSAGE

Using the 7 chakra oils on each of the chakra points, massaging and stimulating these centres brings balance and alignment to the chakras. The therapist is trained in ‘energetics’ and is able to use these oils to stimulate each chakra point. Included in a sensual full body, head and foot massage.

Begin with an infrared sauna then a luxurious skin cleansing treatment detoxing, smoothing and conditioning the skin, giving a healthy glow. Followed by a full body exfoliation, using our unique salt scrub massaged in, and ending with our nourishing body lotion, completing the rehydration of the skin.

Bookings

We suggest that you make your booking a few days in advance, to save disappointment. For your facials, massage and waxing consider booking four or six weeks ahead to be sure that you get the time that suits you.

Preparing for your spa visit
For your comfort, we will provide luxurious robes and towels to wrap you in. In the spa we will give you a healthy fresh fruit juice to enjoy during your hydrotherapy spa experience. The centre is not responsible for loss or damage of your property, so please leave valuables at home.

Cancellations
We require a full 24 hours notice of cancellation due to the time allotted to the various packages.test

On arrival
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time to allow for filling in of forms on your medical history that may effect your treatment. This also allows you to relax before your treatment begins so that you make the most of your experience with us.

Spa bath
You may wear bathers in the spa if sharing in our two-person spa or if you would prefer you may be naked.
